En février, rejoignez 29029 pour notre première retraite bien-être, conçue comme seule cette communauté peut le faire. Le Resort at Paws Up Montana vous accueillera au cœur d'une nature enneigée à couper le souffle pour un programme unique d'activités hivernales mémorables. Entourés de forêts vierges et de collines vallonnées, les participants profiteront d'un mélange d'aventures en plein air revigorantes et de séances guidées pour se ressourcer et se ressourcer.
Un hébergement luxueux et confortable et des repas de saison nourrissants, préparés par un chef, vous apporteront chaleur et réconfort après des journées passées à respirer l'air pur de la montagne. To reset, you’ll experience the Blackfoot River cold plunge and riverside sauna—a powerful ritual to renew both body and mind.

Thursday (Arrival Day):
Your journey begins with a welcome lunch, followed by an overview to set the tone for the weekend. A group activity will help you connect with fellow participants right away. The evening concludes with dinner and the chance to refresh body and mind in a group cold plunge and riverside sauna session.
Friday & Saturday:
Each day begins with sunrise yoga and meditation to center your energy. From there, you’ll dive into a curated mix of workshops, expert-led sessions, scenic hikes, culinary experiences, and outdoor adventures. You’ll also have dedicated free time to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the beauty and amenities of our Montana retreat setting.
Sunday (Departure Day):
On your final morning, we’ll share a few closing activities and gather for a farewell breakfast.
Retreat participants will enjoy three nights accommodations at the legendary, 5-star Paws Up ranch in Montana.
Single Entry tickets include your own bed in a shared, double occupancy room. You can request your roommate after registration.
2 Tickets - Private King Bed + Bathroom tickets include a King bed in a private room + ensuite within a larger home that has other bedrooms.

No. In the spirit of 29029, each day will offer optional outdoor adventures and activities, but there is no specific challenge to train for. More than anything, this retreat is a time to recover and indulge in self-care.
Registration for the 2025 Winter Wellness Retreat includes all accommodations, food and beverage needs, activities, and limited edition 29029 gear.
Yes, each of these meal preferences will be available at the 29029 Winter Wellness Retreat
No, the entry fee does not include airfare. Paws Up is 40 minutes from Missoula Airport (MSO).
Yes, a packing list will be provided. There will also be both required and recommended items to bring. More to come!
