With a background as a world-champion swimmer, Jarrod’s training approach aligns well with people who may not have a running background. You’ll find coach Jarrod on the mountain, helping 29029 participants break through barriers to reach the summit at all 2022 events. Off the mountain, Jarrod is an expert personal trainer at the world-class Houstonian Club.
