Winter Wellness Retreat

Winter Wellness Retreat

MAR 5-8, 2026

About

Join 29029 for our first-ever Retreat — an all-inclusive alumni experience curated in the spirit of this extraordinary community.

The tribe that shares the challenges on our mountains and trails now comes together to pursue growth, wellness, and deeper connection immersed in a setting unlike any we’ve experienced before.

This March, we take over the renowned Paws Up Resort —37,000 acres of pristine Montana wilderness—to deliver a program that blends invigorating outdoor adventures with restorative wellness practices.

Expect plunges in the Blackfoot River and saunas on its banks. Learn recovery techniques, practice group yoga and enjoy intro to meditation and immersive sound baths. Share daily challenges that will require no training yet yield stories to share at evening fireside cocktails and chats.

This exclusive 4-day, 3-night retreat offers the perfect balance of movement, recovery, and reflection—helping you set powerful intentions for the year ahead amidst Montana’s serene winter beauty.

Space is limited. Registration will open 10/21 at 12pm ET

A Different Approach

Each day blends guided wellness practices, invigorating challenges, and uplifting community moments. Expect to recover, reset, and indulge in self-care—while embracing new adventures in true 29029 spirit.

Our home: A 5 Star and 2 Michelin Key resort set within 37,000 acres of pristine Montana wilderness—an unparalleled setting for both adventure and restoration.

The Next 29029 Journey

At 29029, we know we are shaped by the people we surround ourselves with. With this retreat, the tribe that climbs mountains and conquers trails together now gathers beyond the summit—united in the pursuit of deeper connection.

In Montana, winter itself becomes a teacher—grounding, restorative, and transformative. Our home, Paws Up, has been described as “the perfect marriage of incomparable luxury and unspoiled wilderness" that "sets the bar for a luxury wilderness experience.”

Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in stillness, free from distractions, obligations, and routine. Rediscover clarity, reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, and return home stronger, more present, and prepared to grow.
