Winter Retreat

Winter Retreat

MAR 5-8, 2026

About

Join 29029 for our first Winter Retreat, an all-inclusive experience designed to help you elevate your mindset, movement, and recovery as you prepare to conquer new goals in 2026.

This March, we’ll take over The Resort at Paws Up — 37,000 acres of pristine Montana wilderness — for four days of intentional movement, focused recovery, and deep connection.

Challenge yourself with invigorating outdoor adventures, cold plunges in the Blackfoot River, and saunas on its banks. Refine your approach to endurance with expert-led recovery sessions, group yoga, mobility work, and guided meditation.

Each day blends purposeful effort with restoration, ending in fireside chats, community connection, and reflection. You’ll leave recharged, refocused, and ready to take on 2026 with clarity and confidence.

This exclusive 4-day, 3-night retreat offers the perfect reset and recharge to set your foundation for the year ahead.

The Next 29029 Journey

At 29029, we know we are shaped by the people we surround ourselves with. With this retreat, the tribe that climbs mountains and conquers trails together now gathers beyond the summit—united in the pursuit of deeper connection.

In Montana, winter itself becomes a teacher—grounding, restorative, and transformative. Our home, Paws Up, has been described as “the perfect marriage of incomparable luxury and unspoiled wilderness" that "sets the bar for a luxury wilderness experience.”

Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in stillness, free from distractions, obligations, and routine. Rediscover clarity, reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, and return home stronger, more present, and prepared to conquer your next Everest.

ADVENTURES IN WELLNESS

Each day will feature an ideal balance of physical challenge + restorative wellness. We'll be taking on an outdoor adventure each morning and cold-plunging into natural lakes and streams (with saunas standing by to warm back up!). Group yoga, sound baths, and fireside meditation will re-center us each afternoon before an evening of fun group activities!

29029 COMMUNITY

Connect with the 29029 community in a unique new setting. Voice of the Mountain Colleen Rue, and 29029 Head Coach Brent Pease will lead this retreat.

GOURMET DINING

At Paws Up, every meal is an experience, and every bite is a celebration of Montana’s bounty. Each dish is a tribute to the land, honoring seasonality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Dine indoors or al fresco, where the crackle of a fire and mountain views enhance every bite, and there’s something to please every palate.

FUEL FOR YOUR NEXT GOAL

Each day offers a choose-your-own mix of activities designed to fuel big goals. Mornings start with yoga and meditation to ground your body, sharpen focus, and build intentionality. Expert-led sessions cover sleep, breathwork, and mindfulness—tools that strengthen recovery and resilience.

Optional hikes invite you to move with purpose, build confidence, and connect with others. Between efforts, we'll gather around campfires for simple moments of connection and reflection.

To reset, you’ll experience the Blackfoot River cold plunge and riverside sauna—a powerful ritual to renew both body and mind.
